Accomodation is in a luxurious 2500 sq ft  4 bedroom house situated on the Clermont Chain of Lakes on the canal between Cresent Lake and Lake Minnehaha.  The 3 guest bedrooms can comfortably accomodate up to 8 people, each bedroom has a plasma screen TV with cable (sky) tv.

The living room features a huge plasma screen tv, large dvd collection and cable HBO movies on demand.   Just off the living room is the screened porch with bbq, sunbathing area and 6 person Jacuzzi.

Wireless Internet is available or if you choose to leave the laptop at home, feel free to use the school computer to check emails or talk to family back home on Skype.  The landline telephone is available to guests to use as and when they please, all calls to landlines to the UK, Europe and all calls within the US & Canada are free. 

Meals are provided 3 times per day, however kitchen is availble for guests to use as they wish and yes we have a kettle and an abundance of proper English Tea!  Should guests choose to eat out, there is a large choice of restaurants in Clermont including steakhouses, Mexican, Italian.  The Tiki bar situated on neighboring lake Minneola is always a good choice for lunch and we often go there on the boat after a mornings session.
